Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice is provided in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. It explains how Work Suite ("Data Fiduciary") collects, uses, and protects your personal data.

1. Data Collected & Purpose

We collect your Name, Email Address, IP Address, and browser User Agent. This data is strictly collected for the purpose of identity verification, providing access to the audit platform, and maintaining statutory audit trails as required by compliance standards.

2. Your Rights

  • Right to Information: You can request a summary of the personal data processed by us.
  • Right to Correction & Erasure: You can request the correction of inaccurate data or the erasure of your personal data.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time via the Privacy Settings in your account.

3. Data Retention

When you request the deletion of your account, your status is marked as "DELETED" and your access is revoked. Your data is retained purely for statutory audit purposes for the duration required by applicable financial laws, after which it is permanently destroyed.
